Syrian Sana still off-line, but the Swedish Ajax Sana is on-line

For quite a few months now, the Syrian News website Sana has experienced attacks which leave the website unavailable most of the time. Luckily there is a way around it by not using the original www.sana.sy but by using its IP-address, which is: http://208.43.232.81/. There are backups to be found at (1).

For me the name Sana stands for the Syrian Arab News Agency, but today I discovered that there is a Swedish football player who has started to play for the Amsterdam team of Ajax, in the beginning of the 2012-2013 season. This guy called Tobias Sana is 23-years old and was bought by Ajax from IFK Götenborg.

Would Tobias know that his surname is the name of the official news agency in Syria? I wonder. Perhaps I should go and tell him? I at least tweeted this fabulous news to @AFCAjax

Palestinians from Damascus miraculously return rockets from Al-Yarmouk back to the FSA-gangs

On August 3, 2012 something miraculous happened in the city of Damascus. First there was this bombing by the FSA-gangs at the Al-Yarmouk Palestinian Refugee district, killing 21 people. When these FSA-war lords started their attack on Damascus half way july 2012, they had hoped that the Palestinians in Damascus would have supported them in their fight against the government.

But the Palestinians refused. They were loyal to the government who had supported them for decades after their expulsion from the Jewish state of Israel.

After the 21 people were killed the Palestinians came together and while holding each others hands, they used their full powers of imagination and intention to create an instant-karma return. A reporter from Introspective Internet saw how the explosives managed to form itself again a few meters above the ground in the al-Yarmouk district.

First it moved slowly but it soon gained enough speed to fly higher into the direction whence it came and then another explosion was heard: killing all those who were responsible for the bombing of the Palestinian refugee camp.

Salah Edin, the Dutch-Morrocan Rapper and the district in South Aleppo

I have been quite occupied with the developments in the aggression on the Syrian people by the FSA-gangs lately. Near the end of July 2012 the gangs decided to go for the 'Battle of Aleppo' and soon various quarters/districts of this ancient Syrian city were mentioned in the news reports (6).

Since I always like to add a few new words to my vocabulary and my energetic association data base, I picked up one of the quarters in Aleppo with the name Salah ad-Din, that is spelled in various ways, like Saladin, Salehedine etc.

Apparently this district is one of the poorest in Aleppo and it is also one of the biggest districts that was 'taken over' by the armed gangs before the Syrian Army started to reconquer the area on Saterday July 28, 2012.

This name 'Saladin' is derived from a Muslim warrior who managed to conquer Jerusalem in 1187. The Dutch-Morrocan rapper Abid Tounssi started to use the name Salah Edin and made a few rap-albums in the 2000s.

I had heard of Salah Edin before, as he was erroneously used in the Wilders video 'Fitna' because it was thought that he was 'Mohammed B', the killer of Vincent van Gogh, the producer of 'Submission', a Islam-critical video.

If that weren't enough, Salah Edin is also an Iraqi province north of Bagdad.

Somehow I think that this rapping Salah Edin will not be seen fighting alongside the mercenary armies in the district op Salah ah-Din. Therefore you need a BBC-correspondent like Ian Pannell who joined these death-squads when they entered Aleppo and he hailed them as great freedom fighters.

Rather disgusting, as far as I'm concerned (4). And then I didn't even mention the cynical role of William Hague, the minister of British Foreign affairs as one who contributed greatly to the escalation of the killings in Syria by fully backing these armed gangs (5).

Let's round it all off with a fresh July 28 tweet about a HQ destroyed by the Syrian Army in Salah Edin:

Juba, Juba, Huba, Hop, hop Hop - South Sudan and Dennie Christian

Because of the escalation of the situation between South Sudan and Sudan in april 2012, I got to know that the president of South-Sudan, Salva Kiir (1) has said to Ban Ki-Moon: “I am not a slave to fulfill your orders!”

I was aware that the capital of Sudan is Khartoum, but I didn't know that the capital of the newest country in the world, is called 'Juba'. This reminded me strongly of a famous song in the Netherlands by someone with a German background, namely Dennie Christian, back in 1978, with Guust Flater's Marsupilami. You can enjoy this video below and instead of singing 'Huba Huba Huba, Hop, Hop, Hop', you could try the South-Sudanian variant, 'Juba, Juba, Juba, Hop, Hop, Hop'

Could Collective Intention Disrupt the US Empire Drones from Killing People?

On December 4, 2011 Iran downed a surveillance drone (a US RQ 170) that the US Empire used to secretly spy in the air space of Iran. Imagine how the Empire would respond if Iran or perhaps even Cuba or Venezuela used their drones to fly in the air space of the US.

What is interesting that it seems that the Iranians have this drone in a state that is nearly intact. On december 8 they launched a video in which they displayed the 'sentinel' (1), and I can't help but chuckle at the possibility that the people of Iran would now be able to reverse-engineer this highly advanced US-drone in such a way that they can use that technology for themselves.

The Americans would have considered a secret mission in Iran to regain possession of their RQ-170, but would have finally decided against it, because it would be a blatant declaration of war against the country (2), and they are not yet willing to create such an all out war.

When I think of these highly advanced technologies I can't help but think about the possibility to somehow influence these electronic devices through unconventional means. In books by Lynne McTaggart (3) we can read about all kinds of experiments in which people were somehow able to change electronic devices, like random-generators. Just imagine that we could develop enough thought-power to launch a distortion field that would disrupt any drone that is launched by the US Empire.

Perhaps in such a case there would be no need for these supposedly electricity-debilitating weapons that countries like Russia and China would have (4). We could simply use our meditative minds to imagine and thereby create an end to weapons that are made to kill.

Loving, Kindness, Turkey's dependence on Russia and Iran, and Mehmanparast

The main objectives of this site are to stimulate my creativity and my ability to feed my long term memory (1,2). Due to the age of internet our short-term memory is making overtime, but it seems that less and less of it reaches our long term memory, simply because of the enormous amount of information. It seems to be hard for the mind to decide what is actually worthwhile to store in the long term memory.

In order to prevent the moment that I can only have memories and reflections, while searching for items through google I want to invest consciously in adding information to my own long term memory google banks.

One of the best ways to go around such a thing is by connecting the new elements with elements already stored in your own memory fields.

One of the first things that I would like to add is the active knowledge of a kind of meditation that increases one's ability to feel warmth and care for others. It appears that if you are able to increase your heart's warmth, your body gives off all kinds of signals to the brains to stimulate it.

The result of that is a better functioning brain, with higher awareness, a better immune system and more joy. This increases one's ability to access your own memory banks as well (3).

In a scientific article by Barbara Fredrickson (4) we can read about this Loving, Kindness Meditation. On page 1046 it reads:

"Loving Kindness Meditation (LKM) is a technique used to increase feelings of warmth and caring for self and others (Salzberg, 1995, 5)...LKM involves directing one's emotions toward warm and tender feelings in an open-hearted way. Individuals are first asked to focus on their heart region and contemplate a person for whom they already feel warm and tender feelings (e.g., their child, a close loved one). They are then asked to extend these warm feelings first to themselves and then to an ever-widening circle of others"

Now wouldn't that be a great idea for all those war-mongering Europeans, Arab Kings and Americans? Wouldn't it be far more constructive if the Western agression towards Syria and Iran would be eased by a few sessions of LKM? Russia has said that the recent IAEA-report was a Public Relation stunt (6), and Joschka Fischer, the former minister of Foreign Affairs in Germany has asked for the parties to return to the negotiation table instead of waging economic and diplomatic wars on Iran, based on some CIA-manufactured IAEA-report (7).

Speaking of Foreign Ministers. Ever since the Coup d'etat by the NATO Imperialists in Libya I have following the Russian and Iranian websites of RT and Presstv. I have noticed a particular man showing up quite regularly lately and I had thought that he was the minister of foreign affairs of Iran: Ramin Mehmanparast (see image, 8).

It turns out that he is not the Foreign Minister of Iran, but the spokesperson of the Foreign Ministry. The real foreign minister is Ali Akbar Salehi (9). What struck me was the combination of the finely combed hair, close to the head and the presence of a small one-day beard. Try to stimulate your long-term memory to remember a few Iranian names, like Ramin Mehmanparast (wegman, mehman, parast, parast).

This combination reminded me of the president of the Iranian Republic, Ahmedinijad (10). This apparently is something that you see more often in Iran. When have you seen Obama, Sarkozy, Cameron or Merkel (...) with a day-old beard?

For those who still believe that the United States are the representatives of peace and democracy I would recommend watching the video above by the Iranian President in which he gives a speech at the General Assembly of the United Nations in 2011.

To round off this article of today (enough attention has been given to Ramin Mehmanparast) I would like to add an element from my favorite correspondent, Pepe Escobar on the position of Turkey in the approach to Syria. In the article 'The Shadow War on Syria' (11) he says that Turkey seems to have abandoned its 'soft' role in the region. It seems to have turned into a NATO-puppet using hard words against their neighbours in Syria.

Escobar reminds us of the dependent position Iran has on both Russia and Iran. As is well known these countries do not condone a western (or Saudi-Western (12)) invasion of Syria to create another regime change. 70% of Turkey's energy comes from Iran and Russia. Is it really clever of them to aggrevate their energy suppliers like that in order to please the western war hawks called Sarkozy, Cameron and Pentagon-Obama?

How to Creatively Stop the Banks from Ruling the World?

One the reasons for having starting this particular blog was to stimulate my creative impulses. In order to battle the threat of turning into a information consuming moron, it was time to play with the information by adding my own personal touch. Instead of investing all my energy in keeping up with the news and everything that is going on in this world, I wanted to take pieces of this information within me, put it next to my heart and let my creative body juggle with in order to develop something new.

So, there I went, picking up something from the world news which I find interesting and have some introspective fun with it. Would I choose for the way the West is aggressively intermingling in the Middle East: first bombing their people into power in Libya, now going for some humanitarian aggression in Syria?

Would I perhaps play around with the way Great Britain is economically waging all-out war on Iran, simply because Iran wants to have the right to build nuclear plants for their power supply?

Or would I meditate on something like that hazy Federal Reserve Bank, owned by Private Bankers who have now 'bailed out' Europe by swamping their economy with their unlimited number of freshly created dollars? (1,4) They create money and lend it to other undemocratic bankers elite, nearly for free, and then the banks can lend their money to the governments for rates up to 7%.

That is sure a great way to make slaves of the working class - they have to work until their backs brake and the bankers just need to count the money that comes in. And if there is not enough money, well then they can always buy up energy, oil or water infrastructure, or they can buy even more real estate.

So, there I sat on my couch, eyes closed, meditating on how to enjoy this topic and create something new out of it, but all I noticed was that my belly was feeling more and more tight. Perhaps it was because of the apparent completely inability to do something about it.

We have undemocratically appointed European Representatives like that Bilderberg-guy Borroso and that strange van Rompuy who talk with Obama about money matters (2) and nobody seems to be able to do anything about their unelected powers? (3)

Nobody can stop the banks either, because they are unelected and undemocratic as well. On top of all that even technocratic bankers are now even in control in some countries. How on Earth can anyone stop these people from taking over and buying up the complete world?

Perhaps it would help if everybody started to realize that the real bad guys are those ripping us off, the corporate elite and especially the bankers elite - those secret private bankers who stay out of the public attention, but who hoard all the profits and the rent that everybody pays to increase their wealth. Perhaps they should be exposed and named. Perhaps we should realize that those who control the money are those that have the real power. Perhaps it is time for us to think of a new system that would make it impossible to make large amounts of money and create endless debts.

Perhaps we should start a new currency, a new kind of money that is not guarded by the current elite structures?

After all these musings on my couch I decided that I'd better stop thinking about all these matters and go out to have a walk. That would surely be more introspective that reflecting on all these various forms of greed, lies and exploitation. Perhaps there are some people that I can greed with a smile, without having to wonder if they are like those evil bankers with their unchecked nuclear financial arms.

Prince Nayef of the Drone Empire of Kali

On november 2, 2011 Pepe Escobar wrote another excellent article on international politics (1). This time it featured the 'gerontocracy' of Saudi Arabia and its close ties to the American Drone Empire. In that particular article the young Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia plays the lead-role. This 78-year old heir to the non-democratic throne of King Abdullah (87 years old) has been the man who has led the Interior Security Ministry from 1975 until this very day.

This Prince Nayef is very popular in the US because he is very clear about his hatred for Iran, and as we know we have been told that Iran is ruled by the worst people you can imagine in the world.

Take for instance the speech of President Ahmedinijad during the General Assembly at the United Nations in which he actually was condemning 'a certain empire' for being so blantantly greedy, crude and aggressive (2).

No, the US prefers to be close friends with Saudi Arabia and their other non-democratic gulf states, gathered in this group called the GCC, which Escobar jokes might as well stand for 'Gulf Counter Revolutionary Club' (3).

Neyef, our old Saudi Prince, is also famous for his ideas about women's rights, which are extremely conservative and he thinks that democracy is for sissies as Escobar eloquently puts it in his article.

While I was reading a book by William Bloom (4) I came across the Hindu Goddess of Destruction, called Kali (5,7).

When you look at the enormous amounts of killings that are almost daily taking place by the US, it seems fair to say that Prince Nayef from Riyadh is in a way a Prince in the US-GCC Drone Empire of Kali (6).

If you take a closer look at this picture you might imagine the heads of leaders of souvereign countries, like Saddam Houssein and Moammar Gaddafi around their belt, with the numerous people that are killed with their remote-control drones as a necklace of skulls.

From the DEA to the Immune System Boosting DHEA and Heart Coherence

I love the articles by the Asia Online journalist Pepe Escobar (1, picture) and I intend to read everything that he has written, at least what he has written on-line. I have posted a number of interviews of Escobar at my youtube-channel WolkenZwemmer (2) in which he gives his perspective on international politics.

In an article called 'The Occupy Iran Fast and Furious Plot (extended)'(3) he presents a tongue-in-cheek account of the incredible incredulousness of the allegations that Iran would be behind some vague assassination plot by a Us/Iranian car-salesman (Mansour Arabsiar) from Texas who would have tried to hire a Mexican Drugs Dealer Hit man who would have had to kill the Saudi ambassador in Washington!

This amazingly creative story was discussed in an interview with Pepe Escobar and Mike Adams from Natural News (4).

Since I prefer to playfully use at least some element from his reports in these 'introspective internet'-articles, I have taken out the part that mentions the DEA. The American Drugs Enforcement Agency (DEA) seems to have spread all over the world, with about the same goals as the CIA: getting information and influencing the important people in various countries into the direction that is useful for American interests.

Some DEA-agent would have acted as if he were part of the Mexican Zetas drug Cartel and this Iranian man, Arabsiar, would have said that he was acting in behalve of the Iranian government.

FROM DEA TO DHEA
When I was reading Pepe's article the acronym 'DEA' reminded me of another acronym that I have recently come across, namely 'DHEA'. This DHEA stands for 'dehydro-epiandrosterone'(5) and is a hormone that seems to counteract the effects of the stress-hormone Cortisol. According to a paper by the Heart-Math Institute (6, 8) DHEA is sometimes called 'the anti-aging' hormone. In one of their intriguing experiments they found that people who are able to produce a harmonious heart rate with a high variability produced far more DHEA (100% increase) and less cortisol (-23%) (6).

It is interesting to note that DHEA is found to be deficient in people with diseases like obesity, diabetes, hypertension, cancer, Alzheimer's and others. If you would call cortisol the stress-hormone, you might call DHEA, the anti-stress hormone. Another funny thing is that they both have the same precursor, namely 'pregnenolone'. It seems that depending on the level of stress this molecule is used to build either Cortisol or DHEA.

Some members of the American Congress - probably due to the lobbying of the pharmaceutical industry - have tried to make DHEA into a prescription drug, which eventually failed. If you would be able to create more heart-coherence your body produces more DHEA with all its natural benificient effects. To me it seems that there is no need to take in any DHEA-pills to fool the body, the only thing you need is to allow sensations like appreciation, compassion or love into your system. I guess other heart-virtues will have the same DHEA-releasing effects (7).

Moors and Feeding the Long Term Memory

This morning I brought my daughter to school and in the class I saw one of her classmates holding a book on the Moors. In an attempt to stimulate this little boy to read that book I told him about their North-African descent and that they had been to Spain somewhere long ago.

This small event made my mind jump to the tendency of modern day people to just 'google' for just about anything, sometimes even added with the comment: "Why would I memorize anything, if I only know where to find it, that's enough".

When you combine this approach with the 'hyperlinking craze' leading to many websites which are most of the time only scanned superficially, feeding only the short-time memory, the long term memory hardly gets any new interesting input.

I began to wonder about a future where nobody knows much about anything in the future, because why would you remember 'useless' information, like for example some history about the Moors in medieval times?

That's why I want to stimulate the use of my long-term-memory because it enriches my thoughts, my creativity: if you have more information stored in your mind, you can make more combinations.

A small look around the internet made me realize that the designation Moors was not really clear; some refer to the Berbers or the present day Tuaregs (1), others to North-Africans in general. The Moors invaded Spain and Portugal - sometimes referred to as the Iberian peninsula - in the 8th century and beat the Visogoths and stayed in Europe until the 15th century (2).

In a book I have recently read from the renowned Belgian writer Herman Brusselmans (3) in which the main character, Louis Tinner, is keen on telling everybody around him about his endless knowledge, which he has absorbed from reading encyclopedias. I'm not exactly sure if that is something I would like to promote, but when it is combined with personal experiences, this information can be fun to play around with while playfully meditating on some items.

In the YouTubean Libyan Resistance movement there is another Moor active (4), just like yet another Moore showed up to support the OccupyWallStreet Movement (5). Isn't it great to travel from a schoolbook Moor to the Iberian medieval times all the way back to Morris and Moore in their respective fights against Imperialism and Corporate Democracy?
